Cruise Wedding & Celebration Travel Planning

The most memorable celebrations are journeys that unfold over time. I coordinate the travel, accommodations, and guest experience surrounding yours.

Planning a cruise wedding? You should not have to manage everyone's travel too.

Your cruise line or wedding planner can manage the ceremony itself. I manage the travel experience surrounding it: helping you choose the right ship and sailing, organizing your group accommodations, supporting your guests, coordinating hotels and transportation, and building the systems that keep everyone informed.

From the first cabin booked to the last guest home, I become the dedicated point of contact for the travel side of your celebration so you can stay focused on getting married, not answering cabin and arrival questions.

Questions I hear most often

Why use a travel advisor instead of booking my cruise wedding directly with the cruise line?

The cruise line manages its wedding package and onboard event. I manage the travel surrounding it: ship and sailing selection, group staterooms, guest bookings, your custom wedding travel website, pre-cruise hotels, transportation, shore experiences, and guest travel questions. You have one person looking at the entire journey rather than asking the couple to coordinate the group themselves.

Can you help us choose the ship before we book the wedding package?

Yes. Ship and sailing selection is one of the first things I help with. We can compare cruise lines, ships, itineraries, departure ports, dates, stateroom options, and the needs of your guest group before you commit to a sailing.

What is your professional fee?

There isn't one. My planning and coordination services are provided at no additional cost to you. I am compensated directly by my global cruise and hotel partners. Because of these preferred partnerships, I am often able to secure rates and exclusive perks like shipboard credits or room upgrades that are lower and more robust than publicly advertised. You gain a dedicated travel architect and elevated guest benefits, often for less than it would cost to book everything yourself.

Do I need a travel advisor if I already have a wedding planner?

Your planner manages the wedding itself. I manage the journey surrounding it. While your planner focuses on the ceremony, design, and event experience, I handle the ship and sailing, group staterooms, guest travel, hotels, transportation, and other cruise arrangements. The two roles work alongside one another without making you the middle person.

Can you work alongside our existing wedding planner?

Absolutely. I am designed to integrate into your existing team. Whether you are working with a full-service production company or handling the creative details yourselves, I act as the strategic lead for the travel layer. I align on guest lists and timelines from day one so the logistics never distract from the celebration.

How far in advance should we start?

For destination weddings and large group milestones, 12 to 18 months is the ideal timeframe. Securing cabin blocks early ensures your group stays together at the best possible rate. However, if your timeline is shorter, I can quickly assess current availability and find the most viable options for your dates.
