Cruise Wedding & Celebration Travel Planning
The cruise line plans the wedding. I manage the journey surrounding it.
Planning a cruise wedding? You should not have to manage everyone's travel too.
Your cruise line or wedding planner manages the ceremony itself. I manage the journey surrounding it: choosing the right ship and sailing, organizing the group, supporting your guests, coordinating pre- and post-cruise plans, and keeping the travel details in one place.
From the first stateroom request to the final transfer home, your guests have a dedicated travel contact and you have visibility into the group without becoming the person chasing reservations, answering cabin questions, or coordinating arrivals.
- Ship & Sailing Selection: Comparing cruise lines, ships, itineraries, departure ports, and dates around your guest list and wedding plans.
- Group Staterooms & Guest Bookings: Establishing the group, managing cabin options, and supporting guests throughout the reservation process.
- Guest Booking & RSVP Tracking: Maintaining the travel side of the guest list, including reservation status, stateroom selections, important deadlines, and travel notes.
- Custom Wedding Travel Website: A dedicated guest landing page with sailing details, stateroom options, booking instructions, deadlines, hotel plans, transportation information, and travel updates.
- Pre- & Post-Cruise Planning: Sourcing hotel accommodations, welcome gatherings, post-cruise stays, and extensions around the sailing.
- Airport, Hotel & Port Transportation: Coordinating arrivals, private or group transfers, embarkation-day movement, and post-cruise transportation.
- Shoreside & Beach Wedding Coordination: For couples planning a beach, seaside, or other ceremony during a port day, I coordinate the cruise travel, onshore guest transportation, and movement between the ship and wedding location, and can work directly with your day-of planner or wedding team to keep the travel logistics aligned with the event timeline.
- Private Shore Excursions & Group Experiences: Curating experiences around the celebration at ports of call.
- Mini-Moon & Honeymoon Planning: Extending the journey after the group celebration ends.
- Travel Requirements & Insurance: Guidance on entry requirements, documentation, and travel protection options.
One link for every guest. One travel list for you.
Your custom wedding travel website becomes the central source for the trip. Guests can review the sailing, compare stateroom options, see booking instructions and deadlines, find hotel and transportation details, and return for updates as the wedding gets closer.
A personalized travel page with sailing details, stateroom choices, pricing guidance, payment milestones, hotel plans, transportation information, FAQs, and travel updates.
I maintain the travel side of your guest list behind the scenes, including who has reserved, stateroom selections, key deadlines, and other travel details connected to the group.
Your guests come to me with cruise, cabin, arrival, hotel, transportation, and booking questions so the couple can stay focused on the celebration.
The celebration can begin before embarkation.
I can coordinate the arrival experience around your embarkation city, including pre-cruise accommodations, airport transfers, welcome gatherings, rehearsal or family dinners, and transportation to the port.
For groups sailing from Port Canaveral, that can also include an Orlando or Lake Nona stay that gives guests a comfortable gathering point before everyone heads to the ship.
When the group heads home, your honeymoon can begin.
I can continue the trip with a private post-cruise stay, a second destination, a resort escape, another sailing, or a longer honeymoon designed entirely around the two of you.
Post-cruise transportation and family extensions can be coordinated at the same time, creating a clear transition for both the newlyweds and their guests.
Travel designed around the people being celebrated.
From weddings at sea to milestone trips and multigenerational gatherings, I coordinate the travel layer so the experience feels cohesive from arrival through the journey home.
From intimate ceremonies at sea to full wedding groups, I coordinate the sailing, guest accommodations, custom travel website, and the travel surrounding the celebration.
Landmark birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals, and other occasions where the trip becomes part of the celebration itself.
Travel designed around different ages, room needs, schedules, and interests while keeping the entire group connected.
From first conversation to everyone aboard
Working with me gives you one dedicated point of contact for the travel side of your wedding or celebration.
Share your preferred dates, approximate guest count, destination ideas, and what you are envisioning for the celebration.
I compare cruise lines, ships, itineraries, departure ports, and sailing dates to find the strongest fit before your guests begin booking.
I organize the stateroom group, cabin options, booking process, and guest tracking structure.
I create your custom wedding travel website and coordinate hotels, transfers, guest communication, pre- and post-cruise plans, shore experiences, and, when the ceremony takes place ashore, transportation and guest logistics in coordination with your wedding team.
Your guests arrive informed and prepared, while you step into the celebration without becoming the travel coordinator for the group.
A dedicated travel partner for couples, families, and planners.
You can come to me directly or bring me into an existing planning team. I manage the cruise and travel arrangements while your wedding planner or event team remains focused on the ceremony, design, and celebration itself.
Questions I hear most often
The cruise line manages its wedding package and onboard event. I manage the travel surrounding it: ship and sailing selection, group staterooms, guest bookings, your custom wedding travel website, pre-cruise hotels, transportation, shore experiences, and guest travel questions. You have one person looking at the entire journey rather than asking the couple to coordinate the group themselves.
Yes. Ship and sailing selection is one of the first things I help with. We can compare cruise lines, ships, itineraries, departure ports, dates, stateroom options, and the needs of your guest group before you commit to a sailing.
Your group receives a dedicated travel page with the sailing details, stateroom options, booking instructions, deadlines, hotel information, transportation plans, and updates. Guests work directly with me for the travel side of the trip, and I maintain the group booking information behind the scenes.
Yes. I can coordinate pre-cruise hotels, welcome gatherings, airport and port transportation, post-cruise accommodations, family extensions, and the couple's honeymoon so the sailing fits into one complete wedding journey.
Yes. I can coordinate the travel logistics surrounding a beach, seaside, or other shoreside ceremony, including guest transportation between the ship and wedding location. I can also work alongside your day-of coordinator or wedding planner so transportation timing, guest movement, and the event schedule stay aligned.
For standard cruise wedding travel coordination, I do not charge a separate planning fee. I am compensated by the cruise and hotel partners booked through me. If a request falls outside the standard travel scope or requires additional custom services, any professional fee would be discussed with you in advance.
Your planner manages the wedding itself. I manage the journey surrounding it. While your planner focuses on the ceremony, design, and event experience, I handle the ship and sailing, group staterooms, guest travel, hotels, transportation, and other cruise arrangements. The two roles work alongside one another without making you the middle person.
Absolutely. I am designed to integrate into your existing team. Whether you are working with a full-service production company or handling the creative details yourselves, I act as the strategic lead for the travel layer. I align on guest lists and timelines from day one so the logistics never distract from the celebration.
For cruise weddings and larger groups, 12 to 18 months gives us the strongest range of ships, sailings, stateroom categories, and group options. Shorter timelines can still work depending on the sailing and current availability.
