Every trip I plan follows a proven four-stage process designed to eliminate the stress of planning while giving you complete visibility into every decision, cost, and confirmation. Here's exactly what you can expect.

You'll start with a detailed questionnaire that helps me understand how you actually travel, your pace, priorities, must-haves, and deal-breakers. After our consultation call, I'll build a high-level day-by-day itinerary that gives you a clear picture of the trip before any commitment is made.
This isn't a template. Every itinerary I produce is written specifically for the client in front of me, whether that's a multi-generational family heading to Koh Samui or a couple celebrating an anniversary in Bangkok.

Your Villa,
Fully Activated
Choosing the right property is only the beginning. I make sure every element of your villa stay is arranged before you arrive, so from the moment you check in, it feels effortless rather than self-organized.
At Clay Beach Samui, the villa comes with a dedicated team included in your stay: a villa manager, concierge, private chef, and housekeeping. Your chef is available throughout the day, with guests simply covering groceries. Beyond that, a full range of in-villa experiences can be arranged.

Before departure, you receive a complete set of travel documents, everything you need from airport arrival to final check-out, available digitally and as a beautifully formatted PDF.

Retainer
To begin designing your trip, a planning retainer is required. The amount varies depending on the level of planning support you're looking for, and it's applied as a credit toward your first booking, so it goes directly into your trip.
The retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, because by the time we're ready to book, significant work has already been done on your behalf.
Think of it less as a fee and more as the moment your trip officially begins.
