For international trips, peak travel periods, private villas, honeymoons, and larger groups, 6 to 12 months gives us a stronger range of options. Cruise weddings and celebration groups may benefit from even more lead time. Shorter or simpler trips can often come together within a few months depending on availability.

I have firsthand travel experience across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean, including destinations such as Italy, France, Thailand, and the Greek islands. I also work with trusted destination specialists and supplier partners around the world, which lets me build trips well beyond the places I have personally visited.

I manage communication with the hotels and suppliers booked through me and help you understand the applicable change or cancellation terms. I also recommend travel protection for trips where the financial exposure or travel complexity makes coverage especially important, and I can help you review available options as part of the planning process.

Hotels and flights are shared with full pricing detail as they are confirmed. For bespoke in-destination services, some specialist partners present pricing as a package rather than line by line. When that is the case, I will be clear about what is included so you understand exactly what the package covers.

Through preferred hotel partnerships, Virtuoso, and other trusted travel resources, I can often arrange benefits such as daily breakfast, property credits, priority upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and welcome amenities when available. I also have direct access to hotel and supplier teams, stay involved throughout the planning process, and advocate for you if questions, changes, or issues arise before or during your trip.

Fora gives me access to preferred partnerships, industry relationships, and booking programs across hotels, cruises, and other travel suppliers. Depending on the property or sailing, that can translate into added amenities, preferred treatment, and a direct line to partner teams when support is needed.

At eligible preferred-partner and Virtuoso hotels, benefits can include daily breakfast, hotel or resort credits, room upgrades on arrival, early check-in, late checkout, and welcome amenities. The exact benefits vary by property and booking program, and I will let you know what applies to your specific stay.

Cruise benefits vary by line, sailing, fare, and available group or partner programs. Depending on the booking, benefits can include onboard credits, specialty dining, hosted experiences, exclusive shore excursions, or other amenities. I compare the available options for the sailing rather than assuming one program is always the strongest fit.

Some benefits are confirmed as part of the eligible rate or program, while others such as room upgrades, early check-in, and late checkout may depend on availability at the time of the stay. I will be clear about what is included, what has been requested, and what remains subject to availability.

For straightforward hotel and cruise reservations, the rate is often the same as booking direct while eligible advisor programs may add benefits. Custom trip planning is different because it includes a professional planning fee for the research, strategy, itinerary development, and coordination involved. I will always make the applicable fee and booking terms clear before planning begins.
