Norwegian Vow Renewal at Sea
The onboard vow renewal takes place on the first sea day, September 13, while the ship is sailing. The ceremony accommodates your full group, with cake and wine reserved for the couple of honor. A private venue and food additions are available at additional cost.

Vow Renewal in Cozumel
With 8 hours in port on September 17, Cozumel offers two shoreside ceremony options below. Both include beach settings, full coordination, and the ability to celebrate with your entire group after the ceremony.
Shoreside Option A
Ceremony at Mr. Sancho's & All-Inclusive Beach Day
A private beach ceremony at Mr. Sancho's Beach Club, followed by a full all-inclusive day for the entire group on the same property. Food, drinks, beach, and pool included for everyone after the ceremony.

After the Ceremony — Mr. Sancho's All-Inclusive Day Pass
Following the ceremony, the group transitions into a full all-inclusive beach day at Mr. Sancho's. Unlimited food, open bar, beach access, pools, and swim-up bars are included in the day pass. Your group celebrates together in a festive, relaxed setting on the Caribbean coast.

Pricing confirmed directly with the wedding coordinator. All packages are symbolic commitment ceremonies. A minister add-on is available for $150; legal ceremony with judge adds $550. 16% tax applies to all ceremony packages. Pricing subject to change — final rates confirmed at time of booking.
Shoreside Option B
Hotel Playa Azul Beach Club — Full Rental
A fully rented private beach club for the day. Your group has exclusive use of the venue for the ceremony and reception — tables, chairs, linens, and cutlery included. Food and bar are add-ons priced per person.

Venue rental rate based on 30 guests — adjusted pricing for 40 to be confirmed directly with Hotel Playa Azul. Ceremony coordination and officiant are separate from the venue rental.
Getting to the Venue
Transportation in Cozumel
Mr. Sancho's Beach Club and Hotel Playa Azul are approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the cruise pier. For a group of 40, there are two ways to handle the ride.
Recommended
Private Group Bus
A private bus keeps the entire group together and eliminates the coordination headache of splitting 40 people across multiple vehicles. A driver meets your group at the pier with a sign and everyone arrives at the same time.
Round-trip cost: $518 to $600 total · approximately $13 to $15 per person

Alternative
Taxi Fleet
Taxis are regulated and readily available at the pier. Vans hold up to 4 or 5 guests each, so approximately 10 vehicles would be needed. Lower cost but the group will arrive in waves rather than together.
Round-trip cost: approximately $8 to $10 per person · $16 to $20 per taxi each way
No pre-booking required. Group will split across multiple vehicles.
Getting Started
What You Need to Know
- Risk-Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 120 days before sailing for a full refund. This provides meaningful flexibility for a group that is still over a year out.
- Free at Sea gratuities for the open bar ($199.50 pp) and specialty dining ($60 pp) are prepaid charges in addition to the cabin fare. These are not optional if the perks are selected.
- The $50 excursion credit applies to the first guest on each reservation only, not to all guests in the cabin.
- Great Stirrup Cay and Grand Cayman are tender ports. Access to the island requires a short ferry transfer from the ship. Tender availability is subject to sea conditions.
- All rates are based on double occupancy. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are included in the totals shown. Solo travelers booking a single stateroom will be quoted separately.
