Destination wedding celebration at sea
The Global Edit

The most memorable celebrations are journeys that unfold over time.

From the first cabin booked to the last guest home, I take care of everything in between.

I serve as the dedicated travel architect for your creative team.

A celebration of this scale thrives on a partnership of experts. While your planning team focuses on the design, atmosphere, and flow of the day, I own the world of global movement: guest arrivals, maritime legalities, and international coordination.

From the first cabin booked to the last guest home, I take care of everything in between so your planner can do what they do best.

A celebration defined by presence, not logistics.

I curate the transition from grand, shared milestones to those quiet, intentional pockets of time. Whether you are hosting a hundred or celebrating as two, the experience feels entirely effortless because every detail has already been handled.

Questions I hear most often

What is your professional fee?

There isn't one. My planning and coordination services are provided at no additional cost to you. I am compensated directly by my global cruise and hotel partners. Because of these preferred partnerships, I am often able to secure rates and exclusive perks like shipboard credits or room upgrades that are lower and more robust than publicly advertised. You gain a dedicated travel architect and elevated guest benefits, often for less than it would cost to book everything yourself.

Do I need a travel advisor if I already have a wedding planner?

Your planner designs the event. I design the journey. We own two distinct layers of the experience. While a planner focuses on the atmosphere and flow of the celebration, I manage the cabin blocks, maritime legalities, and guest movement. This allows the creative team to stay focused on production while I ensure every guest arrives and departs seamlessly.

Can you work alongside our existing wedding planner?

Absolutely. I am designed to integrate into your existing team. Whether you are working with a full-service production company or handling the creative details yourselves, I act as the strategic lead for the travel layer. I align on guest lists and timelines from day one so the logistics never distract from the celebration.

How far in advance should we start?

For destination weddings and large group milestones, 12 to 18 months is the ideal timeframe. Securing cabin blocks early ensures your group stays together at the best possible rate. However, if your timeline is shorter, I can quickly assess current availability and find the most viable options for your dates.
